A simple, structured process that gets athletes faster, stronger, and more confident — without confusion or pressure.

The Takeover 3-Step Plan

01

Book a Free Consultation

We learn your athlete's goals, sport, schedule, and injury history so we can place them in the right group and build the right coaching plan.

02

Get a Plan Built for Your Athlete

Every athlete gets a structured program based on age, training experience, movement quality, strength level, sport demands, injury history, and season. No guessing.

03

Train and See Measurable Improvements

Your athlete joins our small coaching groups and follows the system. We use laser timing, jump testing, and video to track progress and adjust as needed.

What to expect in the first 30 days

Week 1

Meet your coaches and training partners, learn the warm-up, get acclimated to performance testing, and start fundamental movement patterns.

Weeks 2–3

Confidence in the speed system grows, strength loading dials in, mechanics start to set, and early performance gains show up in daily measurables.

Week 4+

Multiple data points on sprint and jump testing. Programming adjusts based on results. Athletes start to feel and see the difference.
